Admissions: Join the Académie Marie-Claire Community

Download and complete the application form. Submit the completed form along with the following required documents: 

• Completed Application Form 

• Registration Fee Form 

• Copy of Health Insurance Card 

• Copy of Birth Certificate 

• Immigration or Visa Documentation (If Applicable) 

A non-refundable $200 application fee is required to process your application. To submit your application fee, please contact the admissions office at 514-697-9995 or info@amcedu.ca for payment instructions. Documents can be submitted by email, in person, or by mail to: Académie Marie-Claire, Office of Admissions, 18190 Boulevard Elkas, Kirkland, H9J 3Y4. 

Once your application is received and reviewed, the Office of Admissions will contact you to schedule one or more of the following: 

• A Personal and Informative Session with the Admissions Director 

• A Guided Campus Tour 

• A Meeting with an Educational Advisor 

• A Personal Meeting with School Administration 

• A Grade-Appropriate Academic Assessment for Your Child 

This step is an opportunity for your family to experience the school, ask questions, and understand what life at Académie Marie-Claire looks like in practice. It is also a chance for us to meet your child and understand how we can best support their development. 

Admission decisions are issued by mail. Priority is given to current students and their siblings, followed by new applicants in order of application receipt. All original documents must be submitted to the school once a student is accepted, as required by the Ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur.
