1. Basketball (Grades 1 to 6)

2. Karate (Kindergarten)

A beginner-friendly martial arts program that enhances focus, discipline, and motor skills in a fun and supportive environment.

3. Karate (Grade 1 to Grade 6)

Structured martial arts training focusing on self-defence, confidence, discipline, and physical fitness.

4. Yoga (Grade 1 to Grade 6)

12. Ballet (Preschool to Grade 6 – Three Groups)

Graceful movement, posture, and discipline are taught in this classical dance class, divided by age group.

14. Soccer (Kindergarten- Grade 1 to Grade 6)

A high-energy team sport that develops coordination, agility, and sportsmanship. Students train on our outdoor astroturf field under qualified instruction, learning fundamental techniques, game strategy, and the value of teamwork in a fun and competitive environment.

15. Ski (Kindergarten to Grade 6)

Learn skiing techniques and safety in a supervised outdoor environment – suitable for beginners and intermediates.

Day: Fridays (9 Lessons)
Time: Departure from AMC 8:00am SHARP – Arrival time approximately 3:30pm

Sports and Physical Education

Physical activity is a daily priority at Académie Marie-Claire. Our campus includes a full-size gymnasium, a dedicated kindergarten court, and a large outdoor AstroTurf field. Physical education is taught by specialists at every level, with a focus on building coordination, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a lifelong appreciation for movement. 

Arts Program

The arts at Académie Marie-Claire are not an afterthought. Visual arts, music, dance, and drama are taught by specialists who bring real professional depth to their instruction. Students develop creative confidence, aesthetic sensibility, and the ability to express themselves across multiple disciplines.

Throughout the year, students participate in educational and recreational outings that bring their classroom learning to life. Outings are selected to align with curriculum themes and to give students experiences of the broader world — cultural, scientific, civic, and athletic.
